		<description>That would be an interesting hurdle for the plan.  If they are willing to pay millions to get rid of the wall, that would truly make a statement on the future of subscription news sites.

WSJ.com has agreements with Lexis Nexis.com, Facitva.com, Congoo.com and several other distributors that specifically prohib them from removing the pay wall.  They might go free but they will have to pay millions in settlements to do it.</description>
